At the end of every day, people want to get rid of whatever trash they got. And sometimes it really stinks.
This fire was one of many within a 100 meters from my apartment. The whole place got smoked up.

Last week we went on a road trip to the south side of the island.
Packed with some clothes, my laptop and some stuff. We filled our coca cola bottles with fuel and off we went.
5 hours driving each way and still enjoying it!
We spent the night in a silly lodge near Roxas on Mindoro and went back the next day.
You now, go on a boat ride, fall of a banana boat, drink a coconut.
At around 5:30pm people run out to the beach in the hundreds, if not thousands, to capture the sunset. Which looks something like this.
Which may take a while to get without other people in your way.
I’ve left Dumaguete a while ago, back to do some travelling and enjoying the Philippines.
Me and my girlfriend continue to Puerto Galera. This is kinda my backyard for the foreseeable time.

The Philippines has a whole bunch of dangers and being aware of them or them being a possibility goes a long way to increase your personal safety.
