Today a couple were at the gate asking if they could rent one of my appartments. I got the feeling they were keen to move in on short notice. But, they're not ready yet. Most of the walls still need painting. Some of the electrics need to be finished and we don't have things like beds and couches yet. Half of the lights are not installed, and the standing fans are not assembled.
Still, without a sign on the gate or any indication about appartments, and someone is already asking about it. Maybe that's a good sign.
