People actually believe AI can and should be used to check if online services are working. For example, someone I replied to on Mastodon today checked if Apple iCloud was online through an AI assistant.

People using AI to replace search and common sense and then time and time again complain how wrong the info they get is. Yeah, it's at the top of most search results, but damn. It's also not the answer you want or need, so stop using that crap. Turn off the AI answers or ignore it. Do your own research, the right way, like you should.

The blind reliance on unskilled, inaccurate, dumb AI is ridiculous.
